About the Partner

The Nebraska Cornhuskers (often abbreviated to Huskers) are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The university is a member of the Big Ten Conference and competes in NCAA Division I, fielding twenty-four varsity teams (ten men's, fourteen women's) in fifteen sports.

Nebraska is a tradition rich program with a powerhouse fan base.

Nebraska fans consume arguably more content than any other program in America. From news to streaming radio to schedules and results, if Huskers.com produces it, their fans consume it. The design approach from the beginning was to showcase the depth of content and offerings from the Huskers athletic department and find new ways to deliver that content with the fewest clicks possible.

Nebraska has always been a leader in digital and video production. WMT has the honor to serve as their partner with the shared goal of increasing engagement across all platforms.

The biggest days for website traffic at most schools is football gameday. The powerhouse Nebraska Volleyball fan base drives traffic that has doubled many Power 5 football programs. On Volleyball Day in Nebraska alone, Huskers.com had 4 times the number of users compared to an average P5 football gameday.
