Stanford & WMT Collaboration Garners Platinum Award
MIAMI, Fla. - Two innovative brands, Stanford Athletics and WMT Digital, came together to build a first-of-its-kind mobile app and have received international acclaim for their collaboration.
The Stanford Athletics mobile app has won the highest honor in the annual AVA Digital Awards. The Cardinal earned the Platinum Award in the category of Web Based Production for Mobile App.

The AVA Digital Awards are an international competition that recognizes outstanding work by creative professionals for their excellence in the evolution of digital communication. This prestigious accolade showcases WMT Digital’s commitment to innovation, creativity, and excellence on behalf of its partners.
Stanford took home top honors for Web Based Production for Mobile App for Information by partnering with WMT to create a mobile app that allows them to customize content and game day experiences for their tech-savvy fan base. Additional unique challenges tackled for the Cardinal include integrating Vivenu for tickets and displaying informational content maintained by a different provider.
