Custom Theme: The engineers at WMT brought to life a custom Shopify theme from the designs by Silvia Tcherassi’s team which leaned heavily on high-quality imagery with full bleed photography.
From the designer, JC Obando: The UX and UI were heavily inspired by how the brand interacts with its guests during in-person experiences at their boutiques across the globe, where textiles and texture are key components. We aimed to minimize unnecessary content and allow impactful imagery to deliver an emotional connection and sense of discovery.
The challenge was in the conversion of a flat design into an elegant user experience.

- More opportunities to include high-quality assets created by the brand while keeping the CTA’s prominent (hover image option, dedicated thumbnail on shoppable grids, etc.)
- Persistent product details and Add To Cart button to allow for more product discovery while maintaining order functionality
- Visually stunning shoppable lookbooks for new collections
