Why it matters: Ticketing platforms have the most robust and complex data structures utilized in a sports organization. Adding to the complexity, each platform is completely unique and highly nuanced, yet they represent the largest lever to departmental revenues.

Make Decisions Faster. Administrators need their information packaged in an easily digestible, mobile-first format with clear KPIs that are unique to their organization and WMT delivered quicker than most.

Familiarity & Expertise. The QuantOS team at WMT is well versed in diverse experiences not only with data but more importantly the insights to be gleaned from the data.

Two Schools, Two Objectives. BYU and Oregon had different objectives with their initial approach to data.

BYU is tackling a more holistic approach that not only manages insights relevant to revenue generating activities, but also internal departments central to success such as finance and sport supervision.

Oregon’s initial mission is to replace services that were previously supported by the Pac12 which primarily include ticketing and the associated functions for success like the CRM and email marketing.

Both programs will distribute access to the dashboards to a broad audience where they can put data at the center of their decision-making process.
